Casper sits 8″ tall when sitting on the shelf. She has textured pinks with orange and white hair tied in bunches. She is wearing a little halter neck top. This little fairy is all set for 2020/21 with her own little mask. Her boots are black. She is wearing a red and white net tutu. Her legs are cut from a blue and green tartan print fabric. Casper is finished with a heart button nose and magnets in her hands.
